Enterprise Architect Senior Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to establish, oversee, and advance the architecture strategy for a complex enterprise environment utilizing multiple cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The ideal candidate will design a robust, scalable, and secure architecture leveraging cloud-native microservices, API-centric integration, and progressive legacy system modernization. The role involves balancing business flexibility, regulatory adherence, security protocols, and interoperability with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and sustain the enterprise target architecture along with the associated technology roadmap.
• Develop architecture principles, standards, and governance mechanisms organization-wide.
• Facilitate architecture review boards and design authority sessions.
• Align business strategy, digital transformation goals, and technology investments effectively.
• Assess emerging technological trends and advise on adoption strategies.
• Architect and govern enterprise solutions across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Formulate cloud deployment strategies considering regulatory compliance, data residency, performance criteria, security classifications, and cost efficiency.
• Implement cloud interoperability standards and integration patterns across multiple cloud providers.
• Create governance frameworks encompassing security, operations, financial operations (FinOps), and resilience in cloud environments.
• Design enterprise-level patterns such as microservices architecture, container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), service mesh, event-driven architectures, and API management.
• Guarantee scalability, observability, robustness, and operational excellence of the architecture.
• Champion the adoption of DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies among engineering teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 15 years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or cloud architecture roles.
• Extensive expertise in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise systems within multi-cloud ecosystems.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong technical foundation in microservices and distributed system architectures.
• Experience managing significant transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Competence in establishing enterprise-wide governance frameworks and architectural operating models.
• Exceptional executive communication abilities and adeptness at stakeholder engagement and management.
