Role Overview
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing Information System level architecture solutions in accordance with the UK Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring consistency, flexibility, and sustainability. This role involves guaranteeing compliance with the architecture governance framework across BNPP PF UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams by preparing architecture briefs and verifying alignment with the BNP Paribas framework.
- Collaborate with Research and Design teams to assess and recommend technologies supporting business strategies and IT roadmaps.
- Engage with third-party vendors, external resources, and peers to continuously advance expertise and develop the architecture discipline within PF UK.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements within area of responsibility and embed compliance into business operations.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Expertise in gathering and defining requirements.
- Strong influencing skills at the C-level executive tier.
- Ability to manage multiple architecture engagements simultaneously and take full responsibility.
- Experience with architecture management tools like Orbus iServer.
- Knowledge of TOGAF framework is advantageous, along with familiarity in ArchiMate modeling language.
