Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team and contribute to helping strategic clients unlock significant value through AI in software delivery. This role centers on supporting enterprises as they transition into AI-native software engineering, a critical boardroom focus globally. Situated in locations such as Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad, this is an opportunity to work closely with leadership in transforming software development using AI.

Key Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will engage with C-level executives—including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and engineering heads—to help define and execute transformation strategies that embed AI into software delivery processes. Your responsibilities include developing target state Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, crafting platform and tooling strategies, establishing engineering productivity metrics, driving operating model changes for delivery, and ensuring measurable value creation from these initiatives. You will also act as a workstream owner, managing specific engagement components end-to-end, serving as the primary client liaison for defined processes, use cases, or data-product domains.
