Job Overview

We are collaborating with a top-tier international cybersecurity company expanding its footprint in the Middle East to recruit an Enterprise Account Manager based in Dubai. This position offers a competitive on-target earning potential of up to $200,000 and includes family benefits and schooling support.

This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals passionate about cultivating client relationships, engaging with some of the largest organizations in the region, and driving strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of significant enterprise clients acting as a reliable commercial partner.
  • Develop and implement account strategies focused on growth, client retention, and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners, systems integrators, and internal technical and sales teams to identify and close business deals.
  • Take full responsibility for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and overall revenue performance.
  • Stay informed about advancements in technology, cybersecurity trends, and the broader enterprise market landscape.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to deepen existing relationships and forge new connections.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of five years' experience in enterprise account management specifically within technology, IT, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven success in expanding strategic accounts and achieving commercial targets.
  • Comfort working closely with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience selling technology-based solutions including cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise IT products.
  • Familiarity with large organizations across industries such as Government, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Oil & Gas, or commercial enterprises.
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise technology ecosystem and competitor market dynamics.
