Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will spearhead the development and management of strategic relationships within large enterprise clients. This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and fostering long-term account growth. Key responsibilities involve driving adoption of the Docusign IAM Platform and related high-value services by leveraging executive-level engagement and coordinating cross-departmental teams. This quota-carrying role focuses on generating new business and expanding accounts in sophisticated enterprise settings, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, Enterprise and Majors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams aligned to customer strategies ensuring accountability and execution success.
- Build and sustain multi-level trusted relationships within customer organizations, including senior executives.
- Present and position the Docusign IAM platform through value-driven selling targeting customer outcomes and ROI.
- Identify and close new business opportunities emphasizing platform expansion across multiple business units.
- Manage large, complex deals with structured platform solution selling and persistent engagement.
- Navigate complex enterprises to fast-track platform adoption and ongoing success.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored for senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to optimize client outcomes.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and adherence to established sales methodologies.
- Embed a customer-first approach throughout all client engagements.
Job Designation and Workplace Arrangement
This position requires a hybrid work model, with a minimum of two in-office days weekly in London. The role may be subject to designation changes based on organizational needs and local policies.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- More than 8 years of relevant experience, with a proven record in enterprise SaaS sales and consistent quota achievement.
- Expertise in managing large accounts involving extended and complex sales cycles, particularly in platform or multi-product sales.
- Proficiency in cultivating multi-level trusted relationships with clients.
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new business opportunities.
