Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, inventive, and team-oriented Sales Development Representative aiming to launch or advance a sales career within the technology sector. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Sales Development Manager for the EMEA region, focuses on nurturing new client relationships by engaging both inbound leads and targeted prospects. The position is hybrid, involving a minimum of two days per week in the Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed the Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets assigned.
- Dedicate approximately 80% of your efforts to phone outreach with prospective businesses recognized as potentially valuable customers through inbound leads.
- Educate prospects about Docusign's offerings and understand their business challenges.
- Employ targeted questioning and interpersonal skills to grasp the client's strategic goals and explain how Docusign can support their success.
- Generate and input high-quality lead information into the CRM for Account Executives to follow up and assist in scheduling preliminary meetings.
Job Designation and Work Setup
The role is designated as hybrid, requiring access to office facilities in Dublin. On-site attendance is expected at least two days weekly, though schedules may vary by team. Docusign reserves the right to adjust job designations according to business needs and applicable laws.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and related business tools.
- Fluency in both French and English languages.
Desirable:
- Proven achievements in inbound sales or business development roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating confidence and courtesy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales and productivity platforms such as Gong, Glean, Gemini, and Notebook LM.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging new contacts and effectively presenting products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-first technology environment, quickly mastering new tools and techniques.
