About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across your designated accounts in your region. You will foster long-term partnerships, ensure customer success, and work collaboratively with your extended team—including solutions engineers, business development representatives, and customer success managers—to craft effective strategies and optimize account opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals with business customers.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior sales leaders.
- Understand customers' strategies and their associated capability and skill needs.
- Educate customers on Pluralsight's value throughout adoption cycles, setting mutually agreed success criteria and advising based on business needs and usage.
- Formulate and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals to expand existing business and uncover new opportunities.

Experience and Skills
- Expertise in solution selling, customer-centric selling, strategic selling, Challenger sales, business impact selling, and/or value-based selling.
- Proven success selling to C-suite executives and managing enterprise-level contracts.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled in strategic negotiation with a track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments internally and externally.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience or 6+ years accompanied by an advanced degree.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales, preferably involving multi-year contracts with executive buyers.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule based in Dublin with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
- Possible travel up to 40% depending on business needs.
