Job Overview

We are looking for a devoted English Instructor to join our educational team on a full-time basis. The role involves providing stimulating English language education, promoting linguistic proficiency, critical analysis, and an appreciation of literature in alignment with curriculum criteria and institutional objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive English language instruction covering assigned grade levels.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans, assessments, and educational activities that conform to the required curriculum standards.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying learning styles and needs of students.
• Track student performance consistently, offering constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
• Foster a classroom environment that is positive, inclusive, and conducive to learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians concerning student progress and development.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience teaching English.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a closely related field, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Possession of a teaching certificate or licensure as mandated by the local education authority.
• Demonstrated strong classroom management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or extra certifications in English, literacy, or TESOL/TEFL recognized fields.
• Previous involvement in curriculum development and assessment planning.
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms and experience with digital or hybrid teaching models.
