Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the NIRA engineering team. This role encompasses oversight of product development, platform reliability, data infrastructure, and internal tooling. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Credit, and Marketing teams to drive scalable growth and continuous improvement in our fast-evolving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement the engineering roadmap for NIRA.
- Elevate engineering standards regarding CI/CD, testing, system reliability, and observability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented engineering team.
- Make strategic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve impactful business results.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years in engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing teams within startup or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing engineering processes and delivery capabilities.
- Versatile experience working across product development, infrastructure, and data domains.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive, action-oriented mindset.
