Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader to oversee cabin maintenance operations, ensuring top-tier aircraft appearance and enhancing passenger experience. This role entails managing cabin and appearance maintenance for Boeing 787 GEnx, A321, and other fleets, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Duties

• Lead and coordinate all cabin maintenance activities, both scheduled and unscheduled, guaranteeing safety and efficiency.
• Supervise technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Inspect and certify maintenance tasks and facilitate swift defect resolution to maintain aircraft readiness.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation including logbooks, job cards, and work packages within required timelines.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote safety.
• Adhere strictly to authority policies and company protocols for compliance and quality maintenance.
• Encourage safety culture by reporting incidents via the Safety Management System.
• Identify technical issues promptly to support timely corrective actions.
• Support the Cabin Line Maintenance Manager in daily operations and deputize when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to optimize maintenance processes.
• Train and mentor new technical staff to ensure competency and safety.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a diploma or degree in aviation management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Possesses a valid GACA A/P, FAA A/P, EASA B1, or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Brings a minimum of 6 years experience in cabin line maintenance, including at least 3 years with Boeing 787 GEnx or A321 aircraft.
• Holds Boeing 787 GEnx Type Rating Level II/III or Airbus 321 type rating.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail for maintenance inspections and certifications.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and coaching technical teams.
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism and work ethic within dynamic operational settings.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles is advantageous.
• Willing to travel outside Riyadh as operational needs dictate.
• Must possess appropriate police security clearance as required for the role.
