Engineer (Digital Facilities Management)

Job Overview

This role supports the implementation and management of digital systems used in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for ENGIE Services Singapore. The engineer will work closely with the facilities management team to deploy and maintain IoT and smart systems at various sites across Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in carrying out digital system implementation for the facilities management team at multiple Singapore locations.
• Oversee the roll-out and operation of IoT technologies at different work sites.
• Deliver training sessions to the facilities management staff on how to use the digital systems effectively.
• Assist with digital project management efforts related to existing and new integrated facilities management sites, including launching new digital platforms.
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with service delivery standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Track and analyze digital system performance, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Analyze data gathered from the digital system upon request to inform decision-making.
• Encourage and maintain a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance at the site level.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of Higher Nitec or Nitec, or comparable level.
• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Basic understanding of Integrated Facilities Management, digital systems, Internet of Things (IoT), smart technologies, and artificial intelligence (AI).
