  • Stay informed on tariff changes and evaluate financial impacts.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct thorough energy audits and assess building and equipment performance.
  • Develop project business cases highlighting savings, ROI, and payback periods.
  • Prioritize projects based on savings potential and risk.
  • Coordinate implementation of approved projects in collaboration with various teams and contractors.
  • Monitor project metrics including budget, schedule, quality, and realized savings.
  • Verify and measure energy savings post-implementation, recommending adjustments if needed.
  • Optimize HVAC and cooling systems, lighting, motors, pumps, compressors, chillers, boilers, insulation, controls, and refrigeration systems.
  • Support procurement and installation of high-efficiency equipment.
  • Participate in technical reviews for new builds, renovations, and infrastructure designs to ensure energy efficiency standards.

Performance Indicators

  • Total and baseline energy consumption
  • Energy intensity and cost reductions
  • Budget variances and verified savings
  • Renewable energy contributions and carbon emissions reductions
  • Project completion rates and ROI/payback achievements
  • System performance metrics including HVAC, equipment efficiency, meter accuracy, and downtime
  • Regulatory compliance and sustainability target attainment
