Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement adoption strategies to facilitate user transition and ensure sustainable, scalable adoption models for Data and AI solutions.
• Track and analyze change management metrics and KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and quantify client adoption success.
• Design and deliver training programs enabling end users to effectively utilize new analytic tools and AI-based solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between data owners, technical teams, and business areas to align requirements and support smooth adoption.
• Lead and engage stakeholders across organizational levels to overcome cultural barriers and promote a data-driven mindset.
• Identify and resolve deployment bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or adoption obstacles, prioritizing issues impacting timelines or stakeholder satisfaction.
• Apply agile frameworks such as Agile, Lean, and SAFe to ensure iterative, scalable, and value-driven delivery.

Success Factors

• At least 5 years managing Data and AI projects with experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Change Management Agent, or Digital Transformation specialist.
• Strong understanding of the Data/AI project lifecycle, including technical terminology and end-to-end operations.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies like Agile, Lean, and SAFe.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with advanced technical interpersonal skills for delivering impactful executive-level presentations.
• Advanced English level (C1 or higher) both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with global teams.
