Role Overview

Located in Maitland, this role involves supporting participants in the Workforce Australia program by addressing employment barriers and aiding their transition into sustainable work.

• Handle a substantial caseload of job seekers.
• Proactively engage with participants ready for work to facilitate lasting employment, including promoting candidates to employers.
• Identify and tackle obstacles hindering job readiness.
• Equip participants with necessary skills and confidence to enter the job market.
• Utilize effective problem-solving abilities and demonstrate resilience to optimize employment results.

Candidate Profile

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and determined to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Capability to quickly adapt and respond to dynamic and demanding situations.
• Proven record of meeting and surpassing business targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
