Employment Plus (EPlus), a division of The Salvation Army, has been assisting job seekers since 1998 as part of the Australian Government's Employment Services network, with a strong track record of enabling successful employment outcomes for over half a million Australians.

Role Overview

Operating from our Epping branch, you will support participants in the Workforce Australia program by helping them overcome employment barriers and successfully transitioning into meaningful work.

  • Manage a large caseload of job seekers efficiently.
  • Proactively engage with job-ready candidates to secure sustainable employment opportunities, including promoting candidates to employers.
  • Identify and address obstacles preventing job seekers from gaining employment readiness.
  • Equip participants with skills and confidence necessary for workforce entry.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and resilience to maximize employment success.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • A self-motivated and dependable individual driven to achieve impactful results and solve challenges.
  • Flexible thinker able to adapt quickly to dynamic and sometimes difficult situations.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding business KPIs and targets.
  • Proficient with MS Office and general computer literacy.
