  • Conducting workplace investigations and delivering recommendations that consider facts, risks, and business context.
  • Providing coaching to leaders on performance, conduct, grievance, and sensitive personnel issues.
  • Interpreting legislation, awards, contracts, and policies to give straightforward, business-aligned advice.
  • Collaborating with People & Culture, Legal teams, and other stakeholders to find balanced solutions addressing employee outcomes, compliance, and organizational risks.
  • Identifying patterns and recurring themes to help improve leadership skills, policies, and procedures over time.

Qualifications and Qualities

  • Ability to adeptly manage sensitive, complex situations while balancing people’s needs, risks, and business goals.
  • Skill in delivering clear, actionable advice that supports leaders in making well-informed decisions beyond policy interpretation.
  • Demonstrated capability in building trust swiftly and influencing various organisational levels, even in difficult conversations.
  • Strong foundational expertise in Employee Relations, particularly in investigations, dispute resolution, and handling complex cases.
  • A commitment to continual learning around legislative updates and enhancing organizational capability in people management.

Benefits and Culture

  • Transparent and competitive pay structure with annual salary reviews tied to performance.
  • Generous paid time off including 22 days annual leave plus rostered days off or flexible scheduling depending on role requirements.
  • A lively workplace environment featuring food trucks, themed days, and team celebrations that foster a positive atmosphere.
  • Supportive leadership offering clear guidance, ongoing coaching, and growth opportunities.
  • Practical wellness benefits such as complimentary skin checks, flu vaccinations, wellbeing sessions, discounted gym memberships, and discounted company insurance.
  • Meaningful work focused on assisting customers during challenging life events.
