Job description
Role Overview
This position offers an annual remuneration package of £45,500, which incorporates shift allowances and guaranteed overtime. The work schedule eliminates Saturday shifts, providing two Sunday mornings off every three weeks, with the occasional Sunday night shift beginning at 10pm. The manufacturing plant is secured with orders until 2028, offering job stability and opportunities for skill development.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Annual salary including shift allowance and guaranteed overtime: £45,500 (base salary £43,893)
- 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays

- Shift timings: Morning (6am-2pm), Afternoon (2pm-10pm) Monday to Friday; Night shift (10pm-6am) Sunday to Thursday
Key Duties
The role involves troubleshooting and fault-finding to maintain continuous production lines, contributing to the enhancement of the planned maintenance program, and participating in improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility located in South Wales.
