Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned IAM SailPoint Consultant to architect, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The candidate must possess deep knowledge in IAM architecture, identity governance, access reviews, role management, user provisioning, and system integrations.
Primary Duties
- Design and deploy SailPoint IAM solutions that meet organizational and security standards.
- Develop and configure components of SailPoint IIQ or ISC platforms.
- Lead full lifecycle SailPoint implementation projects including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and rollout.
- Manage identity lifecycle activities such as onboarding (Joiner), role changes (Mover), and offboarding (Leaver).
- Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning procedures across multiple target systems.
- Create and uphold Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks and access governance policies.
- Set up certification campaigns, access reviews, enforce policies, and control segregation of duties (SoD).
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR databases, cloud services, and business applications.
- Develop tailored workflows, scripting rules, connectors, and generate reporting within SailPoint.
- Conduct troubleshooting, identify root causes, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate across security teams, infrastructure, applications, and compliance units to adopt best IAM practices.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory identity governance compliance requirements.
- Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- At least 3 years of hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud.
- Proficient in SailPoint solution design and implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles.
- Experience handling access certifications, role lifecycle management, and user provisioning processes.
- Skilled in integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and directory services.
- Strong familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect protocols.
- Working knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting.
- Awareness of IT security frameworks and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, Architect, or ISC credentials.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience supporting IAM in large enterprises or governmental organizations.
Additional Information
Knowledge of CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or related PAM tools is advantageous. Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native identity tools will be considered a plus.
