Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze bids from external electrical contractors to ensure clients receive optimal value.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and cost plans for significant client projects.
• Assess project scopes and cost plans to identify and resolve any discrepancies or gaps.
• Maintain an updated repository of local pricing rates for accuracy in all estimates.
• Enhance project cost efficiency by conducting cost reviews, applying value engineering techniques, and preparing precise estimates to maximize client benefits.
• Provide expert estimating guidance and leadership throughout the design and construction phases.
• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Facilitate effective project management decisions through thorough cost documentation and timely communication.

Candidate Profile

• Progressively responsible experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret and evaluate complex technical details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a cooperative, supportive, and friendly workplace atmosphere.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

Interviews are conducted either in-person or virtually, with video participation required. The salary range is $82,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and education.
