Electrical Engineering Professor

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a client seeking a full-time Electrical Engineering Professor to deliver teaching and mentorship remotely. This position involves instructing students in electrical engineering programs, designing and updating course materials, and supporting academic research activities. The selected candidate will guide students in both theoretical knowledge and practical applications of the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and labs for undergraduate and graduate courses covering circuit design, power systems, and embedded systems.
• Create and refresh curriculum content including assignments and teaching resources aligned with industry trends.
• Provide guidance and supervision for students' research projects, theses, and capstone designs.
• Assess student learning through examinations, projects, and interactive evaluations.
• Partner with academic colleagues and industry representatives to incorporate real-world applications into the curriculum.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of three years of university-level teaching experience.
• Proven ability in developing curricula and evaluating engineering coursework effectively.
• Experience mentoring students in research or practical engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals such as analog and digital circuits, control systems, and power electronics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical subjects both verbally and in writing.
