Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

Digitus Group is actively recruiting a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on supporting field operations, managing electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring quality control, and coordinating technical teams across various projects.

Primary Duties

• Oversee daily field activities and electrical maintenance operations.
• Manage and allocate tasks among field teams according to operational priorities.
• Ensure that all electrical work complies with technical standards and quality expectations.
• Examine and track detailed electrical drawings for building projects.
• Monitor progress of work and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Generate monthly and periodic reports highlighting work status, performance, and completed tasks.
• Liaise with teams and stakeholders to guarantee timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to site and maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, field operations, or building services.
• Valid professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
• Competent in reading and analyzing detailed electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience in organizing and coordinating teams with strong task management abilities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in field-based roles and collaborative environments.
