About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Electrical Designer to join our team, contributing to impactful projects within Renewable Energy, Thermal Energy, Water, and Power sectors. This position involves engagement from initial concept through detailed design and construction support, directly influencing major infrastructure and energy transition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality electrical design deliverables including drawings, documentation, models, and layouts.
  • Create cable schedules, wiring diagrams, termination schemes, and equipment layout plans.
  • Assist with low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) electrical design tasks.
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary design reviews and coordinate with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, client specifications, and safety procedures.
  • Provide design support throughout procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Promote a safe and sustainable workplace in alignment with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in sectors such as renewable energy, thermal energy, water/wastewater, or power generation/transmission/distribution.
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD and/or other electrical design software tools.
  • Competence in preparing electrical design documents and construction deliverables.
  • Strong grasp of electrical design concepts and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Additional Experience

  • Knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) power systems including substations and switchgear.
  • Familiarity with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Experience with 3D modeling and digital engineering technologies.
