The Electric Buggy Operator role involves safely transporting passengers while exemplifying excellent hospitality and cultural sensitivity. Reporting to the Operations Service Team Leader, the operator plays an essential part in ensuring passenger comfort and safety through professional and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests securely on designated routes following all safety protocols and service standards.
• Perform pre-operation checks to confirm the vehicle's safety and cleanliness.
• Drive defensively to prioritize the comfort and safety of passengers.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful attitude and offer proactive assistance to all guests, including those with special mobility needs.
• Be visible and approachable in assigned zones, identifying and supporting guests needing help without waiting for requests.
• Comply with operational guidelines, safety rules, and company policies diligently.
• Report vehicle issues or suspicious items to supervisors promptly and follow proper protocols.
• Work as part of a 24/7 shift rotation that may include weekends and holidays.
• Complete required trainings and uphold Health, Safety, Quality, Environment (HSQE), and Information Security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified hospitality or customer service training is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
• A valid driving license issued in the UAE or the applicant’s home country.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury service, or guest relations roles, preferably within high-traffic hospitality, retail, or leisure environments.
• Proven success in meeting service KPIs and delivering superior guest experiences.
