About the Role and Centre

Join Goodstart Rowville – Stud Road as a qualified Early Childhood Educator, working full-time and permanently at 966 Stud Road, Rowville VIC 3178. This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $35.44 to $39.91, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and enhance outstanding learning programs for children.
• Create engaging and safe learning spaces that promote children's development and inclusivity.
• Contribute to a positive culture where every child feels secure, valued, and empowered to thrive.
• Work on a rotating roster between 6:45am and 6:30pm, aligned with the centre’s hours.

Requirements

• Possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
• Hold comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Maintain a current Victorian Working with Children Check.
