Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering an exceptional start to children’s lives by supporting and enriching their early learning experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop, implement, and improve quality educational programs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, inclusivity, and nurturing to ensure all children thrive and feel valued.
• Provide flexible support covering different rooms and age groups as required by the centre's needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Hold a valid Western Australia Working with Children Check.
• Complete the National Child Safety Foundation Training, certified via the Geccko platform.
