Job Summary
The role involves managing prospective student leads through multiple communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat. The candidate will explain course details, admissions procedures, and scholarship opportunities, as well as support with the application process including documentation and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads through calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Provide detailed information on courses, admission criteria, and scholarships.
- Assist candidates with application forms, required documents, and ensure timely submissions.
- Convert prospective leads into enrolled students by addressing and overcoming objections.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Good knowledge of educational programs, training, and evolving career trends.
