Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students and parents regarding academic programs and career pathways.
- Manage inquiry leads through phone calls, email, and chat by explaining courses, admission processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Support applicants with documentation and ensure timely submission of admission requirements.
- Convert prospective leads into enrolled students by addressing objections effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Solid understanding of educational programs, training, and current career trends.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals with a diploma in any specialization.
