Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to students and parents regarding academic paths, career options, and available programs.
- Engage and follow up with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and chat platforms to share details about courses, admissions, and scholarships.
- Support applicants through the admission process and help convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking all interactions effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or holding a diploma in any specialization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to counsel and guide students effectively.
- Preferred experience in sales or lead conversion activities.
- Customer-centric mindset, target-oriented approach, and excellent follow-up skills.
