About the Role

Medical Global Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join their expanding team at Ghitorni, New Delhi. This full-time, office-based position focuses on engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals, understanding their career needs, and guiding them towards appropriate medical education courses and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential candidates using provided leads.
• Communicate details about medical courses, programs, fees, and benefits.
• Comprehend the specific needs of medical professionals for effective counselling.
• Recommend suitable courses and guide candidates accordingly.
• Maintain follow-ups and consistent communication with interested leads.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and provide professional responses.
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed admissions or enrollments.
• Meet monthly sales and admission goals.
• Keep detailed records of calls and follow-up interactions.
• Gain exposure to both national and international clients.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Confident and optimistic demeanor.
• Comfortable with making calls, conducting follow-ups, and working towards sales targets.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
• Fluent in Hindi and capable of basic English communication.
• Open to freshers; candidates with 0 to 2 years in sales, telecalling, counselling, business development, or inside sales are preferred.

Working Conditions and Additional Information

• Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi; working from office mandatory, no remote options.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Salary ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹18,000 per month with an additional ₹1,000 performance-based incentive.
• Candidates must be willing to commute daily to the Ghitorni location and accept the provided salary range.
