Ecommerce Executive

About the Role

Robinbosky, a rapidly expanding brand specializing in women's and kids' apparel with sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, Meesho, and its own online store, backed by an in-house manufacturing unit, is hiring two Ecommerce Executives. The position is based in Tiruppur and offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, along with an annual bonus and opportunities for salary increments.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketplace activities including product listings, inventory management, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and order processing.
• Monitor sales performance, process returns, and maintain overall account health; compile daily and weekly operational reports.
• Lead a small back-office team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks through effective follow-up.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for compiling reports, creating listing content, and addressing operational challenges.
• Manage the product catalog and order fulfillment on the company's Shopify website.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent written English skills, both reading and writing, are mandatory.
• Preferred candidates have 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce; however, outstanding fresh graduates with excellent English proficiency will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the aptitude to quickly learn new software applications.
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve independently, and manage responsibilities without constant supervision.

Additional Information

• The work schedule is day shifts with Sundays off.
• Performance reviews are conducted every six months, with the potential for a promotion to Team Lead within 3 to 6 months, accompanied by a salary increase.
