Billing Executive

Role Overview

The Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring precise and efficient billing operations that support seamless checkout experiences and customer satisfaction in the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Manage various payment methods including cash, card, UPI, and other digital platforms.
• Verify invoice correctness and adherence to billing standards.
• Conduct daily cash reconciliation at closing hours.
• Assist the sales team during busy periods to enhance efficiency.
• Keep detailed billing records and generate relevant reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Familiarity with POS and billing software systems.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.
• Experience in retail or product-oriented billing environments is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Excel for handling billing, cash, and sales documentation.
• Understanding of product codes, SKUs, and catalog-based billing processes.
