E-Commerce Executive Intern

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and responsible E-Commerce Executive Intern to assist with the daily operations of our online marketplaces. This role involves supporting various functions such as product listing management, order processing, customer service, inventory updates, market research, and reporting across platforms including eBay, Amazon, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and images.
• Manage and monitor online orders, including updating tracking information.
• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure timely shipment.
• Keep stock levels, pricing, and product details current.
• Conduct research on products and competitors to improve marketplace presence.
• Support marketplace SEO and keyword strategy initiatives.
• Maintain sales, order, and inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and account health indicators.
• Assist with managing returns, refunds, and other order-related issues.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned within the e-commerce domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets at a fundamental level.
• Strong internet research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and quickly assimilate new information.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Graduate or undergraduate student in any field.
• Fresh candidates and students aspiring to build a career in e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
• Prior exposure to Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces is advantageous.

Additional Information
