E-commerce Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Specialist to oversee daily operations of our online retail platform. This role covers merchandising, enhancing site conversion, and managing operational tasks essential for consistent monthly revenue growth.

Key Duties

• Oversee product cataloging, merchandising strategies, and content management of the storefront.
• Optimize site search functionality, ease of navigation, and category organization.
• Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundles, and various conversion efforts.
• Track key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic, providing weekly reports.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Design and conduct experiments aimed at enhancing website revenue and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Proficient understanding of e-commerce metrics and strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Practical experience using GA4 alongside e-commerce analytical tools.
• Knowledge of personalization tools including email, SMS, and onsite customization.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with a strong inclination toward experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally across different departments.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package is competitive and aligned with experience, qualifications, and location, typically ranging from $60,000 to $95,000 in USD equivalent, supplemented with additional benefits.
