E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-focused E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist who is well-versed in AI tools to support our team in Surat, Gujarat. This role requires managing and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce sites to maximize visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Craft clear, search engine optimized product titles, descriptions, features, and specifications.
• Upload images, pricing details, product variations, and related information precisely.
• Conduct research on products, competitors, keywords, and market trends for strategic insights.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance product descriptions, content generation, imagery, research, and everyday workflows.
• Ensure all product listings are checked for correctness, quality, and consistency.
• Update product data as necessary to keep listings current.
• Collaborate with team members to improve product visibility and boost sales online.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce product listing or catalog management preferred.
• Proficient written English with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and identifying product-related keywords.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and other content and productivity aids.
• Experience with platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, or Myntra is advantageous.
• Ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and effective time-management capabilities.

Compensation
