E-Commerce Manager

Overview

Skyline Ecom seeks a skilled E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and expand our marketplace presence on Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires daily management of our seller accounts, including product listings, sales tracking, inventory control, and performance optimization.

Key Duties

• Supervise daily activities of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Develop, refresh, and enhance product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Handle orders, returns, cancellations, inventory status, and maintain account health.
• Analyze sales data, product metrics, and marketplace performance reports.
• Manage product pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and special offers to drive sales.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, customer service, and internal departments.
• Detect and resolve any issues with accounts promptly.

Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
• Demonstrated expertise with Amazon Ads/PPC and Flipkart Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub interfaces.
• Experience in product listing, comprehensive keyword research, and marketplace operational procedures.
• Understanding key advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and how to optimize ads.

Additional Details

• Education: Any graduate with pertinent e-commerce experience preferred.
• Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, onsite at Surat, Gujarat, India.
