Role Overview
The E-Commerce Executive position involves handling various operational activities associated with online sales platforms such as Amazon and Shopify. This role focuses on managing seller accounts, order fulfillment processes, catalog management, and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Amazon Seller Central platform to manage order processing, scheduling, and fulfillment.
- Utilize Shopify along with Shiprocket and Nimbuspost for shipment coordination and delivery management.
- Create and maintain detailed product listings and catalogs on Amazon, including bulk listing through Excel files and managing product variations.
- Organize and schedule shipments to ensure timely dispatch of inventory to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
- Handle the filing of SAFE-T claims and raise support cases as required for issue resolution.
