Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable solutions tailored to client business challenges.
- Collaborate with experts in AI, cloud technologies, and business applications to drive strategic digital transformation.
- Communicate complex requirements clearly and translate these into effective, future-proof solution designs.
- Develop customized presentations and demonstrations for executive-level stakeholders, showcasing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform capabilities.
- Create detailed design artifacts, including diagrams and solution blueprints, suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Power Platform components and their best application—such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ensure customers achieve maximum return on investment through thoughtful solution delivery and ongoing engagement.
- Prepare quality documentation for all stages of solution responses, from high-level proposals to in-depth technical designs.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in solution consulting utilizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform or similar environments.
- Strong operational or technical expertise, capable of strategic oversight and detailed influence.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp clients’ businesses and complementary application ecosystems related to Dynamics 365 CE.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills suited to engaging C-suite and subject matter experts.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft business applications, Azure platform, and Modern Work environments.
- Capacity to produce complex design documents, including data models, solution diagrams, capability frameworks, and blueprints.
- Demonstrated innovation, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
- Experience working collaboratively within high-performing teams and adapting to various delivery methodologies.
- Bonus: familiarity with TOGAF or other architectural frameworks and integration experience with ERP systems and popular integration platforms like Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit.
