Opportunity Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly comprehend their business challenges and objectives, transforming complex requirements into practical, scalable solution designs. You will play a critical role in delivering significant value, enhancing business operations, and driving digital change for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of innovative, scalable solutions that promote true digital transformation for high-profile clients.
• Partner with passionate experts in AI, cloud, and business applications to co-create impactful technology solutions.
• Develop detailed solution designs, including diagrams and documentation tailored for various audiences.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform capabilities to executive stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Write high-quality solution proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and detailed design documents for implementation teams.
• Stay current with emerging Power Platform technologies and best practices.
• Ensure customers maximize value from their technology investments.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in CRM and Power Platform with the ability to tailor value messaging to diverse customers and industries.
• Rapidly understand customer business contexts and complementary applications to architect solutions aligned with best practices and fit for purpose.
• Expertise in Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and first-party Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Deep understanding of integration capabilities within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, communicating design decisions and facilitating alignment across teams.
• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting involving Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform or equivalent.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge capable of influencing detailed designs and overall strategy.
• Motivated, intelligent, and competitive with a proactive “get the job done” mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications suite, Azure platform, and Modern Work solutions.
• Proven experience designing, developing, costing, and integrating applications and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating architecture documents covering complex systems such as data models, blueprints, and solution landscapes.
• Ability to thrive in high-performing teams employing various methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience integrating ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations via dual-write.
• Knowledge of integration platforms like Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit.
