Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities for our People solutions products.
- Maintain and manage an up-to-date pipeline of prospects to enable accurate sales forecasting.
- Leverage our CRM platform to identify opportunities, engage via social selling, and adapt to market shifts.
- Contribute to organising and participating in events, seminars, and customer meetings to enhance client experiences and share ideas.

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous exposure to B2B sales or recent graduation with an interest in software sales.
- Confidence in delivering presentations both in-person and virtually.
- Excellent communication abilities and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software.
