Drone Instructor

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Drone Instructor to lead comprehensive training sessions focusing on drone technology, including assembly, programming, maintenance, and safe operational practices. The instructor will mentor students through hands-on drone activities ensuring effective and secure training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical lessons on drone technology concepts.
• Instruct on drone aerodynamics, assembly procedures, and maintenance tasks.
• Provide practical guidance in drone piloting and flying techniques.
• Assist students in assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting drones.
• Explain foundational electronics and flight-controller principles.
• Create and periodically revise UAV-related instructional materials.
• Maintain and repair laboratory drones and associated equipment.
• Enforce safety guidelines during indoor and outdoor drone flight sessions.
• Oversee drone-oriented student projects and competitions.
• Assess students’ technical skills and hands-on progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in drone assembly and calibration.
• Practical expertise in drone flying.
• Familiarity with drone programming concepts.
• Basic understanding of electronics.
• Knowledge of Python or C++ programming languages.
• Experience with flight controllers.
• RC aircraft operational knowledge.
