Role Overview

The company seeks a Driving Instructor to promote safe and defensive driving practices among users of company vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE). This involves selecting, training, assessing, and developing staff continuously to minimize accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests during new employee recruitment.
• Manage the induction process for all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring they complete training before authorization to operate poultry vehicles.
• Personally deliver MHE training programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Driving and MHE Instructor.
• Certified Driving Instructor credential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exhibits qualities such as action orientation, planning and alignment, and effective communication.
• Self-awareness along with sound technical and operational knowledge.
