Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure all vehicles are in safe, operational condition.
• Coordinate and schedule regular preventive maintenance and servicing for vehicles.
• Promptly identify and report any vehicle malfunctions or defects.
• Manage transport requests, including facilitating patient transfers to other hospitals or institutions.
• Provide immediate assistance to patients and visitors, such as directions and wheelchair support.
• Report any service shortcomings to the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams.
• Participate actively in ambulance-related drills and exercises.
• Support ad hoc deployments including emergency or special events such as VIP visits.
• Assist supervisors in various projects aimed at service improvement.
• Help with manpower planning and scheduling for transport and other operational duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Holds Singapore Class 3 and Class 4 driving licenses.
• Possesses Defensive Driving certification.
• First Aid or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications are advantageous.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills adaptable to all staff levels.
• Willingness to work overtime when required to cover manpower shortfalls.
• Able to work in two rotating shifts.
