Driver

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safe transportation of students along with supporting school-related activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide secure and punctual transport services for students.
• Adhere strictly to all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Establish and enforce transportation policies and procedures effectively.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics and report findings regularly.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of school vehicles and buses.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in driving and managing safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills combined with good organizational ability.
• Thorough understanding of transportation safety standards and practices.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Completion of high school education or equivalent degree.
• A minimum of three years’ experience driving buses professionally.
• Possession of a valid driving license with a clean driving history.
