Job description
Job Overview
The role involves designing and delivering Social Studies curriculum and lesson plans tailored for secondary or high school students. The teacher will be responsible for engaging students through effective instruction, tracking their academic progress, and preparing them for examinations and further education.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute educational programs and lesson plans specifically for secondary or high school Social Studies students.
- Provide engaging and high-quality teaching to facilitate student understanding and interest.
- Monitor and assess student performance and learning outcomes continuously.
- Prepare students adequately for exams and guide them toward post-secondary academic opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in education or a closely related discipline.
- Valid teaching certification relevant to secondary or high school education.
- Proven experience teaching at the secondary or high school level.
