Role Overview
The Doughnut Distributor is responsible for packaging and organizing doughnuts for delivery to customers, ensuring all products meet our high standards of freshness and quality. This position enables our delivery drivers to operate efficiently by preparing doughnuts correctly and maintaining effective inventory and delivery order workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and arrange doughnuts into boxes and racks for daily delivery routes.
- Verify the freshness and quality of doughnuts before dispatch, reporting any issues promptly to team leaders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment, using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals.
- Sort and organize doughnuts based on delivery route schedules to enhance logistics accuracy and speed.
- Keep loading zones tidy and monitor for any safety or quality concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Gain experience in other shop duties such as customer assistance, maintaining shop cleanliness, and decorating doughnuts.

- No prior experience is required.
- Flexible availability to work any shift is essential.
- Professional appearance adhering to uniform guidelines is mandatory.

- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) is expected.
