Role Overview
As a Doughnut Distributor, your responsibility will be to prepare and organize doughnuts for delivery customers, ensuring they meet the company's high standards for freshness and quality. You'll enhance the efficiency of loading doughnut delivery trucks so drivers can promptly begin their routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack doughnuts in boxes and racks, staging them in preparation for delivery.
- Inspect and confirm that doughnuts meet deployed freshness and quality standards, reporting any concerns to supervisory team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces and equipment using appropriate cleaning tools like brooms and mops, upholding food safety standards.
- Arrange doughnuts by delivery routes to assist drivers with order accuracy and logistical efficiency.
- Keep loading zones tidy and organized, monitoring for safety or quality issues and escalating any problems to leadership.
- Receive training in other shop roles, such as customer assistance, shop maintenance, and doughnut decorating.

- Must have flexible availability and be able to work various shifts.
- Present a professional appearance, complying with uniform guidelines.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Travel commitment is minimal, ranging from 0-10%.
