Overview
Join the world’s leading pizza brand as a Dough Production Worker and contribute to the efficient processing and manufacturing of pizza dough. This role involves rotating through various production station roles such as dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and stacker, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the facility.
Work Schedule
The position requires availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up production space prior to dough making by sanitizing equipment, calibrating scales, and thermometers.
- Mix ingredients following precise batch recipes and ensure dough passes quality checks before transferring to the rounder machine.
- Remove dough balls from the conveyor, place them accurately into trays using applicable templates, and conduct weight checks for quality control.
- Manage stacking and unstacking of dough trays in cooling areas, ensuring proper orientation and reaching target dough temperatures.
- Pre-soak and manually scrape trays to remove dried dough residues before washing.
- Operate the tray washing machine, monitoring water pressure, temperature, and detergent levels to guarantee thorough cleaning and sanitization.
- Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment such as mixers, dividers, rounders, and conveyor belts following company protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production floor, walls, silo bin, and empty all dough waste containers routinely.
- Assist in additional production and warehouse tasks, including tray washing, dough placing, stacking, and receiving duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year of experience in production or manufacturing settings.
- Be flexible to work varying shifts across all days of the week as required.
- Be capable of standing, walking, and climbing throughout the shift.
- Be physically able to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Maintain balance on ladders and equipment platforms safely.
- Work reliably in an environment exposed to loud machinery, vibrations from power tools, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
- Understand and interpret production process data such as dough thermometer readings and gauge measurements.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail to maintain quality and safety standards.
