Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of Domino's, engaging customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Direct daily tasks, perform repeatable duties independently or collaboratively under pressure, and adhere to strict quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance according to Domino’s and Team Fox image policies.
- Operate, clean, and upkeep store equipment and facilities.
- Manage inventory, including stocking ingredients and completing relevant documentation.
- Prepare products following Domino’s specific guidelines.
- Efficiently receive and process telephone orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform accurate cash handling and basic arithmetic operations, occasionally using calculators.
- Use computer keyboards, touch screens, and foot pedals with ease.
Physical Demands
- Work will primarily require standing throughout the shift on tile and linoleum flooring.
- Handle product deliveries two to three times weekly, involving lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or climb stairs during duties.
- Utilize hand-eye coordination for dough shaping, pizza cutting, and handling packaging.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
