Role Overview
The Documentation, Permits & Institutional Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's and employees' administrative procedures, applicable to both local and foreign personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, review, and management of official files and documentation.
- Tracking and processing applications via the e-Albania platform and relevant institutions.
- Coordination of procedures involving unique permits, residence permits, registrations, and other documentation for local and foreign employees.
- Liaising and following up with governmental bodies, notaries, certified translators, and other professionals.
- Monitoring deadlines and status of ongoing administrative procedures.
- Maintaining both physical and electronic archives efficiently.
- Supporting the company in fulfilling compliance and licensing requirements.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Law, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in managing documentation and administrative procedures.
- Strong familiarity with the e-Albania platform and institutional processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of the English language.
- Capability to handle multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with foreigner procedures, migration, residence/work permits, or recruitment companies is considered a significant advantage.
