About the Role
A prominent restaurant in Qatif/Tarout is seeking a proactive and organized Project and Operations Coordinator to join their team full-time and on-site. This position requires transforming instructions into clear, actionable tasks and meticulously tracking progress with staff, suppliers, and contractors until completion and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive trackers covering tasks, projects, assigned personnel, deadlines, blockers, and completion statuses.
- Closely monitor and coordinate with employees, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and thorough documentation of outcomes.
- Generate concise daily and weekly progress reports outlining accomplishments, delays, challenges, and planned next steps.
- Organize and manage quotations, invoices, files, and follow-up records efficiently.
- Utilize spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to develop and maintain reports and tracking systems.
- Assist with initiatives aiming to improve operational workflows, menu offerings, and procedures.
- Identify obstacles early, escalate issues promptly, and suggest practical, feasible solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on experience in operations, administrative coordination, or project tracking, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Professional-level proficiency in Arabic and functional English communication skills.
- Advanced ability in using Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
- High degree of accuracy, honesty, initiative, and excellent follow-through capabilities.
- Must be able and willing to work on-site in Qatif/Tarout.
- Willingness to undergo a practical skills assessment as part of the selection process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between 4,500 and 6,000 SAR, depending on prior experience and performance in the assessment.
- Performance-based incentive scheme.
- Initial probation period of three months.
- Potential for transfer of labor services or visa sponsorship following successful evaluation, subject to eligibility and company approval—no guarantees provided.
